Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Sohraaz Collections, we aim to provide premium quality ethnic wear crafted with care. Each product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and transparent process.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered.

Products that show signs of usage, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange in the following cases:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product received

Important:

  • Exchange is preferred over refund.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product or size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

4. Return Process & Charges

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where available.
  • A ₹99 reverse pickup fee will be applicable.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to self-ship the product to our showroom address:

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.
  • Eligible return request is approved after quality check.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Deductions:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Reverse pickup charges (₹99) will be deducted.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

6. COD Policy

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹150 prepaid confirmation fee is required.
  • The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

Important:

  • The ₹150 prepaid amount is non-refundable.
  • In case of return, the refund will be processed only for the remaining eligible amount.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

However, after delivery, you may request a return as per our return policy. A ₹99 reverse pickup fee will be applicable.

Note:
Customised or altered products are specially made and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

8. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sales or limited-time offers.
  • Products purchased under combo offers or special promotional deals (such as Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offers).
  • Customised or altered products.
  • Personalized items.
  • International orders.

9. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may ship the product to:

  • Sohraaz Collections is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

11. Additional Information

Colour & Appearance

Slight variation in colour, embroidery, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered defects.

Handcrafted Products

Minor variations are natural in handcrafted products and add to their uniqueness.

Sizing

Fit may vary by style. Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.

Wash Care

Follow the wash instructions provided with the garment to maintain its quality and longevity.

12. Final Note

Sohraaz Collections reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request based on the above conditions.
