1. About SOHRAAZ

Customers below 18 years of age may use our website and place orders only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

SOHRAAZ offers men's ethnic and occasion wear, including:

• Sherwanis
• Nehru Jackets
• Pathani Sets
• Prince Suits
• Indo-Western outfits

We may introduce new products, categories, designs or collections from time to time.

4. Product Information, Images and Variations

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, minor variations may occur due to photography, lighting, manufacturing processes, fabric characteristics, embroidery, printing, patterns or finishing.

Product photographs are intended to provide a representation of the product. The actual product may have minor variations from the photographs.

Accessories or styling items shown with a product, including footwear, watches, jewellery or other accessories, are not included unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

Product Colours

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what appears on your mobile phone, monitor, tablet or other electronic device due to differences in screen settings, display technology, brightness, lighting and other factors.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will be an exact representation of the actual product colour.

5. Sizes, Measurements and Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart and measurements before placing an order.

Product measurements may have a small manufacturing tolerance and may vary slightly between products.

The fit of a garment may also vary depending on its style, fabric, cut, design and construction.

A customer's personal preference for a tighter or looser fit will not, by itself, be considered a product defect.

Size-related returns or exchanges are subject to our applicable Exchange & Return Policy.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices, MRP, discounts and other pricing information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing error is identified, SOHRAAZ reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.

If an order affected by a pricing error has already been paid for, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method or process.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the customer successfully places the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

7. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

SOHRAAZ reserves the right to:

• Change or discontinue products
• Limit the quantity of products available for purchase
• Cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed
• Offer an alternative product only with the customer's agreement
• Provide a full refund for a prepaid order that cannot be fulfilled because the product is unavailable

8. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. However, receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that SOHRAAZ has finally accepted the order for fulfilment.

SOHRAAZ reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Payment issues
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• COD verification issues
• Delivery limitations

An order is considered accepted when SOHRAAZ confirms that the order has been accepted for processing or fulfilment.

If SOHRAAZ cancels a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method or process.

9. Payment

Available payment methods may include:

• Debit cards
• Net banking
• Digital wallets
• Cash on Delivery

Payment methods available to a customer may vary depending on factors such as the order, location, product, cart value, payment provider or operational availability.

SOHRAAZ reserves the right to add, remove or change available payment methods.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment and checkout providers. Customers may also be required to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of those payment providers.

10. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

A ₹150 advance booking amount is applicable to COD orders where COD is offered.

The ₹150 advance amount will be adjusted against the total order value, and the remaining amount will be payable at the time of delivery.

SOHRAAZ may contact customers through WhatsApp, telephone or other communication methods to verify COD orders.

COD orders may be declined, delayed or cancelled if the order cannot be verified or is considered suspicious, fraudulent, high-risk or likely to result in non-delivery or abuse.

COD availability may depend on factors including PIN code, order value, customer history, product, courier availability and other operational considerations.

11. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer will need to follow the applicable Exchange & Return Policy, where applicable.

12. Shipping and Delivery

SOHRAAZ currently ships within India.

Shipping and delivery are subject to the availability of courier and logistics services.

We primarily use Shiprocket and its courier partners and may use alternative delivery providers where necessary.

Delivery timelines displayed or communicated by us are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by factors including courier delays, weather, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, operational issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact information.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999, subject to the applicable shipping terms shown at checkout.

13. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our applicable Exchange & Return Policy.

Customers are requested to review the policy before placing an order.

The Exchange & Return Policy contains the applicable conditions relating to eligibility, timelines, reverse pickup, self-shipping, refunds, exchange requests, damaged or incorrect products and related matters.

In case of any conflict between these Terms and the specific operational provisions of the Exchange & Return Policy, the applicable provisions of the relevant policy will apply to that particular return, exchange or refund request.

14. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their individual terms, validity periods and eligibility requirements.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one promotional or discount code may be used per order.

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.

SOHRAAZ may modify, suspend or withdraw a promotional offer or discount code where necessary.

If an order is cancelled, returned or exchanged, the discount applied to that order may affect the amount refunded or the value of any replacement order, in accordance with the applicable policy.

SOHRAAZ may refuse a discount where there is suspected misuse, fraud, duplicate-account abuse or violation of the applicable offer terms.

Customers may submit reviews, feedback, photographs or videos relating to products purchased from SOHRAAZ.

By submitting content, you confirm that:
