3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping across India on orders above ₹999.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
4. Shipping Locations
All orders are shipped from our operational facility in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Currently, we deliver across most serviceable locations within India.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Sohraaz Collections does not offer international shipping outside India.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected serviceable pin codes across India.
A ₹150 prepaid confirmation amount is required for COD orders.
The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with proper images and an unboxing video for verification.
